It’s not a conspiracy if it’s all out in the open, you know. It’s just a conspiracy of silence on the part of the media, whose owners stand to gain financially.

People treat it as if it could never happen — the bypassing of our Democracy, the fire sale of US assets (roads, ports, etc..) to increasingly wealthy multinationals hoping to make a quick dollar, like all good capitalists, except that a dollar flowing out out borders doesn’t help US much (dollars are already our chief world export), we might need our own roads and ports for something, sometime, and that it won’t even be "dollars" they’re using to trade unless we build up our national value again.

You know those corporate raiders who buy companies and sell off their parts for a profit — that’s exactly what we’re dealing with, and they run Washington too.
