I don’t think this was the winning design, but it has a certain allure to it, depending on the orientation. Considering it comes from a communist country, I’d say it has a lot to do with the labor movement. But I just can’t place the name.

No it’s just not coming to me. I understand that with this sort of thing, one shouldn’t try too hard. Just relax, be persistent, and eventually it’ll come.
Oh, but anyway, sponsorship for this venue is a natural: Volvo would be first in line. The retractable roof could be sponsored by Kotex. Only unleavened breads would be sold inside — they don’t want to risk the yeast. And for the most special events, the arena would be swarmed by enthusiastic sailors, or, as they used to be known… oh, never mind.
