Areas of Interest

Well, it looks like the air force has caught on to the few people who figured out that many of the super-secret aircraft (or spacecraft…?) were being tested at Area 51. Apparently, they’ve moved the research to a new desert area called Area 6413, clearly trying to disguise its intent by lengthening the name. Come on, are there really 6400 super-secret Areas? (actually, that might explain the defense budget…)

In case you’re keeping score, here are the top 10 Areas of Interest to aircraft/spacecraft/alien autopsy observers:

Area 51 — now obsolete — nothing left but radioactive dandruff and a trailer park.
Area 6413 — new home for the alien saucers and stuff (and a new trailer park)
Area 6414 — Wal-mart
Area 3.14 — a strange circular area in the desert, thought to be origin of crop circles.
Area 54 — this place is hot, especially at night. Some of the most famous aliens show up.
Area 69 — the less said about this the better.
Area 42 — top secret research into life, the universe, and everything.
Area 86 — would you believe, I was just standing here in the desert?
Area 8675309 — now for sale on Ebay. Oh wait, it’s gone.
